First off, I would like to apologize for the lack of posting and my lack of responding to any new inquiries or current client emails over the past week. I had a personal medical crisis and have not been available since early last week. I hope that this has not inconvenienced anyone terribly as I take great pride in what I do and taking care of my clients, but unfortunately this was something that was very unexpected, traumatic on myself and my family and completely unavoidable. With this being said, I will be beginning to return emails and return to working on any current orders in progress, however it will take me some time to get back with everyone due to my current workload and the vast amount of new inquiries I have received recently. I will also be dramatically cutting back on the amount of new orders I will be taking on for a while as I need to focus on my health and my family at this time. These are my priorities and I think that all of my clients, friends and colleagues through Delovely will certainly understand this. I thank all of you for your continued patronage and support and hope that everyone has a wonderful week!
Here is one of my favorite invitation suites that I have designed over the past year and it was for Amy and Leo who just got married right before Christmas. I worked on numerous projects for this special couple and have a few more items to share with my readers on a later date, but I absolutely adore the damask patterned invitation suite that I created for this couple's big day! Amy had previously contracted with another invitation designer that had actually fallen ill and understandably, Amy was in a panic to find someone else to create the vision she had in mind for her gorgeous invitation designs and to get them designed in time to go to print and to be mailed out to all of her guests with plenty of time before the big event. Well, Amy contacted me as I had already done some monograms for her recently and we came up with the stunning invitation suite below. The damask pattern was one I actually created entirely custom starting with the main damask design that I also created from scratch as well. She actually had her invitations letterpressed and I cannot wait to see some actual pictures of the finished product as I just know that they had to have turned out so beautifully especially with the stunning damask pattern that was used as the central motif of the design. Hopefully, the wedding turned out as beautiful as I imagine it did and I am eager to see photos from the big day as well. For now, here are the invitation inserts designs and I will definitely post more from Amy and Leo's wedding in the near future!
