Kelsey contacted me recently to create a very special announcement as she had just found out that she is expecting her first child! I worked with Kelsey previously for a moving announcement for her and her husband Nate and was thrilled that she contacted me to create this very special announcement that she plans on sending to family and friends to announce her pregnancy. Kelsey had a very specific design concept in mind and had quite a few different elements that she wanted to include in the overall theme of the announcement...she truly knew exactly what she wanted and I was so happy to hear that she loved the design and that she felt I was able to completely transform what she had created in her mind to a reality. From the charming birds to the sleek silhouettes representing the couple and their sweet family pooch, it's just such a fun design! Here is final shabby-chic inspired design that I created for this amazing couple. I just LOVE the way it came together and cannot wait to hear how her family and friends respond to their big news!

I love the play on words to include the husband Nate's name. Too cute!
What an adorable and fun idea!
That is hilarious and toooo cute! I just glanced at the picture real quick, I'm assuming her husband's name is "NATE", hence impregNATEd.
I did a play on words for my friend's bachelorette party invites I created for her...her new last name is "Deeds", so the invitation read,
"Sara is about to DO a good DEED...", then the tag line read, "...She's marrying the man she loves".
Think about it...lol. Naughty but nice - and everyone loved 'em!
